WELCOME TO THE VOID

I'm the kind of person who gets hyperfixated on whatever I'm into at the moment, usually with way too much caffeine involved. I gravitate toward games with deep, confusing systems that feel more like puzzles than tutorials. I'm pretty genre agnostic though. Whether it's surviving in Escape from Tarkov or optimizing a factory in Factorio, I enjoy figuring out how things work and sharing that with my viewers.

I've been living in Japan for about 10 years, and when not gaming (rare) I'm rewatching one of the same five shows or studying Magic: The Gathering sales data. I play and deal MTG, have run and work in card shops my whole life, and I recently have begun repairing and refurbishing retro consoles and games because bringing old hardware back to life is often as satisfying as finally understanding a ridiculously complicated game mechanic.

In a way, I'm some kind of drug addict, the drugs just happen to come from inside my own brain. Thanks, dopamine!
